Our office is conveniently located inside of the YMCA Central building on the ground floor.
When you arrive at the YMCA, head to the main entrance. You can check in with the front desk staff, letting them know you’re visiting Oahu Group Therapy.
You may also bypass the front desk and proceed to the second door down the hallway on your right, just before the Multi-purpose room.

Parking Information
There’s a free parking garage directly across the street from the YMCA building for easy access. The parking garage is part of the Ala Moana Center. For the most current information on parking rates and policies, please refer to the Ala Moana Center’s official website or contact their customer service.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to accommodate for parking and ensure a timely arrival for your appointment.
